The rubrics used to assess
the fitness portfolio (20 worksheets plus the Fitnessgram) are as follows:
Please note that the grading system used in Physical Education is O, S,
and N.
Rubric #1-The student is able to complete all assignments for the fitness portfolio.

Rubric #2-The student shows an understanding of each adventure stop by giving correct responses on task sheets.

Rubric #3-The student participates in the Fitnessgram-Physical Fitness Test and can identify the different health related components for each test given and can identify the "Healthy Fitness Zone" by reading the chart.
